Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Feedly, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Feedly and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Feedly and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Feedly and Userback
Feedly + Slack + Userback: When a new article appears in a specified Feedly feed, post a message to a Slack channel with a link to the article. Use Userback to gather feedback on the shared article via a dedicated feedback form link posted in the Slack message.
Userback + Feedly + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback and contains a URL, check if the URL is a Feedly article. If it is, create a Jira issue to track the feedback related to the specific Feedly content for further analysis.
