Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fibery, FreeAgent, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fibery and FreeAgent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fibery and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fibery and FreeAgent
Fibery + FreeAgent + Slack: When a new entity (project) is created in Fibery, a corresponding task is created in FreeAgent to track its budget. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new project and its associated FreeAgent task.
FreeAgent + Fibery + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a corresponding task is created or updated in Fibery. The invoice details and task status are then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
