Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreeAgent and LearnDash integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and LearnDash (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and LearnDash
FreeAgent + LearnDash + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent for a LearnDash student (identified by email), a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
LearnDash + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: Track course sales from LearnDash in a Google Sheet upon user enrollment, updating the sheet with course details. FreeAgent is not usable in this scenario because there is no direct link between LearnDash sales and FreeAgent actions, and no actions for finding existing FreeAgent contacts. However, Google Sheet can still record the course sales.
