Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Front, X (Twitter), and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Front and X (Twitter) integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Front and X (Twitter) (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Front and X (Twitter)

Front + X (Twitter) + Slack: When a new event occurs in Front, indicating customer feedback, the automation creates a post on a designated X (Twitter) channel and sends a notification to the social media team in Slack.

X (Twitter) + Google Sheets + Front: The automation monitors for new mentions of the company on X (Twitter). These mentions are then archived into a Google Sheet. If the mention is deemed negative (requires sentiment analysis not available directly), a support ticket is created in Front.
