Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gmail and Realgeeks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gmail and Realgeeks
Gmail + Realgeeks + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the flow checks if it's a real estate inquiry. If so, it creates or updates a lead in Realgeeks and logs the inquiry details in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
Realgeeks + Twilio + Gmail: When a lead is created or updated in Realgeeks, an SMS update is sent to the lead via Twilio. A copy of the SMS message is then logged in Gmail for record-keeping.
