After configuring Microsoft Teams, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Teams and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Teams and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
NetSuite + Jira + Microsoft Teams: When a new record is created or updated in NetSuite, indicating a major deal closure, a project is automatically created in Jira. Following project creation, a notification is sent to the relevant project team channel in Microsoft Teams.
NetSuite + Outlook + Microsoft Teams: On a recurring schedule, search for new opportunities in NetSuite. A summary email of these new opportunities is sent to sales managers via Outlook (using a generic action since specific Outlook actions are unavailable), and a notification is posted in a designated Teams channel.
