Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Teams and Twilio

Microsoft Teams + Twilio: When a new message is posted in a Microsoft Teams channel, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to a specified phone number containing the Teams message content. This ensures that important information shared in Teams is also delivered via SMS.

Twilio + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When Twilio detects a new alert, PagerDuty creates a new incident. Microsoft Teams then sends a message to a specified channel to notify the on-call team about the new PagerDuty incident, enabling faster response times.
