Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipedrive, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipedrive and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipedrive and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipedrive and TimeCamp
Pipedrive + TimeCamp + Slack: When a deal reaches the 'won' stage in Pipedrive, a new project is created in TimeCamp to track related tasks. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team of the new project.
TimeCamp + Pipedrive + Google Calendar: When a new time entry is logged in TimeCamp related to a Pipedrive project, a summary event is created in Google Calendar to track the time spent on that project. This helps visualize project time allocation.
