Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipefy, Vapi, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and Vapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and Vapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Vapi
Pipefy + Vapi + Slack: When a card reaches the 'Done' phase in Pipefy, Vapi makes an outbound call to the client associated with the card. After the call, a summary of the conversation is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Vapi + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a new outbound call is made via Vapi, the outcome of the call is automatically updated in a specified Pipefy card. The call data, including the outcome, is also added as a new row in a designated Google Sheet.
