Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Qwilr, Recut, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Recut integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Recut (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Recut
Recut + Google Drive + Qwilr: When Recut generates a new shortened link for a video, the video file is downloaded from the Recut link and uploaded to Google Drive. Google Drive then shares the file, and the file link is then embedded within a Qwilr proposal.
Zoom + Recut + Qwilr: When a Zoom recording is completed, Recut shortens the video link, uploads the video file to Google Drive and then embeds it into a Qwilr proposal.
