Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Webhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Webhook

Shippo + Webhook + Google Sheets: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the data is sent to a webhook. The webhook then triggers adding a new row in Google Sheets, logging the shipping information for analysis.

Webhook + Shippo + Slack: When a delivery exception notification is received via webhook, the automation checks the order details in Shippo using the order ID from the webhook data. A message is then sent to a Slack channel alerting the customer service team about the exception, including relevant order information from Shippo.
