Setup guide

Add Google Sheets Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for Google Sheets. Provide the necessary authentication details, such as your Google account credentials or API key, to grant Latenode access to your Google Sheets data.

Configure Google Sheets Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Google Sheets node. In the node settings, select the Google Sheets credential you created earlier and choose the specific spreadsheet and sheet you want to use as the data source for this integration.

Add OpenAI Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new credential for OpenAI. Provide your OpenAI API key to allow Latenode to access the GPT-4.1-nano language model.

Configure OpenAI ChatGPT Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add an OpenAI ChatGPT node. In the node settings, select the OpenAI credential you created earlier and configure the language model settings, such as temperature and max tokens, to optimize the performance of the natural language processing.

Map Data Fields

In the Latenode visual builder, connect the Google Sheets node to the OpenAI ChatGPT node. In the node settings, map the relevant data fields from the Google Sheets to the input parameters required by the OpenAI language model. This will ensure that the user's questions are properly understood and answered based on the spreadsheet data.
