Setup guide

Add Google Sheets Credential

Add a Google Sheets credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. Authenticate using your Google account and grant access to the required Google Sheets scopes.

Add OpenAI Credential

Add an OpenAI credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. Paste your OpenAI API key to authenticate with the OpenAI API.

Configure Google Sheets Node

Add a Google Sheets node to your workflow. In the node settings, select the Google Sheets credential and the spreadsheet and sheet you want to use. Map the column names from the spreadsheet to the node output fields.

Configure OpenAI Chat Model Node

Add an OpenAI Chat Model node to your workflow. In the node settings, select the OpenAI credential and configure the model parameters, such as temperature and max tokens, to customize the ChatGPT-5 response.

Test the Workflow

Add a trigger node (e.g., Webhook or Manual Trigger) to start the workflow. Then, test the integration by sending a chat message and verifying that the system retrieves the relevant data from the Google Sheet and generates a meaningful response using the ChatGPT-5 model.
