Automatically create Typeform forms from Mailjet email events

This automation allows users to automatically create new Typeform forms whenever specific email events occur in their Mailjet email platform.

By linking these two tools together, users can streamline the process of collecting data and feedback from their audience, ensuring timely form creation to support ongoing marketing, sales, or customer engagement initiatives. The workflow is triggered by new email events in Mailjet, such as emails being sent, opened, clicked, bounced, marked as spam, or blocked, and it responds by creating an empty Typeform form. This integration helps users keep their data organized and easily accessible, enabling them to focus more on growing their business.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

The workflow is triggered when a new email event occurs in the Mailjet email platform, such as an email being sent, opened, clicked, bounced, marked as spam, or blocked.

2
Action

Create Empty Typeform Form

When the email event is detected, the workflow automatically creates a new empty Typeform form to capture data or feedback related to that email event.

3
Logic

Customize Typeform Form

You can add custom logic to further customize the newly created Typeform form, such as pre-filling fields, adding branching logic, or setting up notifications.

AI-powered Google Form analysis and reporting in Google Sheets

This automation simplifies the process of analyzing Google Form responses by leveraging Anthropic's AI model (Claude) to generate insights and summaries, which are then automatically stored in a designated Google Sheets spreadsheet. When a new form response is received, the automation triggers a conversation with Claude to produce an analysis, and this analysis is captured as a new row in the Google Sheets file. This tool is designed to help users who regularly collect feedback or data through Google Forms by automating the insight generation and reporting process, reducing the time and effort required to derive value from the collected information.
