Automatically capture Google Form leads and generate PDF documents

This template watches a Google Form for a new response, builds a simple HTML page from the answers in JavaScript, converts that page to PDF with PDF.co, and uploads the file to a Google Drive folder. Connect Google Forms, PDF.co, and Google Drive. Put the PDF.co API key on the PDF.co connection.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

123FormBuilder to Insightly: Create leads from form submissions

Manually copying form responses into your CRM wastes time and risks errors. Send new ClickFunnels contacts to a Mailchimp audience

Manually exporting leads from ClickFunnels and importing them into Mailchimp is slow and error-prone. This automation uses the New Contact Identified trigger in ClickFunnels and the Add or Update Subscriber action in Mailchimp to capture every new form submission and add or update the contact in your chosen audience. Marketing automation managers and business owners who run ClickFunnels funnels can use this pair to keep their Mailchimp audience populated with fresh leads. ClickFunnels captures the contact's email and name, and Latenode passes that data directly to Mailchimp, so no manual CSV uploads or copy-paste are needed.

Automatically sync new Typeform leads to KlickTipp CRM

This template starts when someone completes a Typeform, uses JavaScript to normalize answers such as phone, dates, and joined multi-selects, then adds the contact in KlickTipp and tags them for segmentation. Connect Typeform and KlickTipp, then map email and form fields. Create matching tags in KlickTipp, or create them during the run from JavaScript with your KlickTipp API key in that node.
