Automate Instagram engagement with Phantombuster and SharePoint

This template keeps a light Instagram engagement loop. A schedule loads the accounts you track from SharePoint.

PhantomBuster fetches recent posts, JavaScript skips URLs you already liked, then PhantomBuster likes one remaining post. SharePoint stores that URL so the next run does not repeat it. Connect SharePoint and PhantomBuster. Put the PhantomBuster API key on the PhantomBuster connection.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Likes a new Instagram post on a schedule without repeating URLs
  • Reads the account list from SharePoint
  • Uses PhantomBuster to collect posts and like one URL
  • Stores each liked URL in SharePoint for the next run

How it works

1
Trigger

Load tracked accounts

A schedule starts the run. SharePoint returns the Instagram accounts you want to engage.

2
Action

Fetch recent posts

PhantomBuster launches your profile phantom and returns recent post URLs.

3
Logic

Skip posts already liked

JavaScript drops URLs already stored in SharePoint and picks one remaining post.

4
Action

Like and log

PhantomBuster likes that post. SharePoint saves the URL so later runs skip it.

Setup guide

1

Connect SharePoint

Add a Microsoft SharePoint Online connection. Keep one list of Instagram accounts to watch and another of post URLs you already liked.

2

Connect PhantomBuster

Add a PhantomBuster connection and paste your PhantomBuster API key there. Pick the phantoms you use to collect posts and to like a URL.

3

Wire schedule, like, and log

On a schedule, search SharePoint for accounts, launch the collect phantom, skip known URLs in JavaScript, launch the like phantom, then create a SharePoint item for the liked URL. Test with one account first. Every two hours is a common cadence.

Requirements

A PhantomBuster account, phantoms that can collect and like Instagram posts, and an API key on the PhantomBuster connection
A SharePoint site Latenode can read and update
A list of Instagram accounts you are allowed to engage

Automate your sales outreach with Apify, GPT-4o, and WhatsApp

This template starts when you add a prospect URL to Google Sheets. Apify scrapes public contact details. JavaScript cleans name, company, and phone. ChatGPT writes a short outreach script. WhatsApp Business Cloud sends an approved template to that number, then Google Sheets logs the send. Connect Google Sheets, Apify, and WhatsApp Business Cloud. Put the Apify API key on the Apify connection. ChatGPT is a Latenode AI step.

Automatically sync TikTok lead data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet

This template receives TikTok Lead Generation form submits on a Latenode webhook, maps name, email, phone, and custom answers in JavaScript, and appends a row in Google Sheets. If the webhook only includes a lead id, the same JavaScript node loads the full lead from the TikTok Marketing API with your token stored in that node. Connect Google Sheets, then point the TikTok form webhook at the Latenode URL. Add a new worksheet when you want each campaign on its own tab.
