  • Populates email templates with personalized data from the new spreadsheet row.
  • Customizes email subject, body, and recipient based on spreadsheet data.
  • Sends personalized emails through the SendGrid API.
  • Provides a log of all email sends and their statuses in the spreadsheet.

How it works

1
Trigger

Get new rows from Google Sheets

The automation continuously monitors a specific Google Sheets spreadsheet for any new rows that are added. Whenever a new row is detected, the system will extract the relevant data from that row to prepare personalized email content.

2
Logic

Process new sheet data

The automation extracts details from the new spreadsheet row, such as the recipient's name, email address, and any other relevant information needed to personalize the email content.

3
Action

Send personalized emails via SendGrid

Using the extracted data, the automation generates a customized email for each new row and sends it out through the SendGrid email service. This ensures that a personalized email is automatically sent in response to each new data entry in the Google Sheets spreadsheet.
