Latenode

Sync Google Sheets to automate PhantomBuster workflows

This template watches a Google Sheet for new or changed rows, maps the columns in JavaScript, and launches the PhantomBuster phantom you pick with that row as input.

Use it when a sheet is the queue for a phantom you already built. Connect Google Sheets and PhantomBuster, then put the PhantomBuster API key on the PhantomBuster connection.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Launches a phantom when the sheet changes
  • Maps row columns onto phantom arguments in JavaScript
  • Uses the PhantomBuster launch step for the phantom you pick
  • Keeps the PhantomBuster API key on the PhantomBuster connection

How it works

1
Trigger

Watch the spreadsheet

The scenario starts when a row is added or updated in the Google Sheet you choose.

2
Logic

Map the row

JavaScript turns the sheet columns into the argument names your phantom expects.

3
Action

Launch the phantom

PhantomBuster starts that phantom with the mapped row as input.

Setup guide

1

Connect Google Sheets

Add a Google Sheets connection with access to the spreadsheet. Point the trigger at that sheet and worksheet.

2

Connect PhantomBuster

Add a PhantomBuster connection and paste your PhantomBuster API key there. Pick the phantom to launch.

3

Map columns to arguments

In JavaScript, map each column to the phantom argument it should fill. Test with one row before you fill the sheet.

Requirements

A Google Sheet Latenode can read, including on a shared drive
A PhantomBuster phantom ready to launch
A PhantomBuster API key stored on the PhantomBuster connection
