Sync Evernote notes to Airtable for better collaboration

This automation allows Evernote users to automatically transfer every new note they create in Evernote into a specific Airtable base and table.

This is useful for users who need to store their notes in a spreadsheet-like database for better organization and collaboration. The automation seamlessly syncs data between Evernote and Airtable, saving users time and effort in manually moving their notes between the two platforms.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Extracts new notes from Evernote and transfers them to a specific Airtable base and table.
  • Normalizes Evernote note data to fit the Airtable table structure.
  • Stores Evernote note data in the Airtable base and table.
  • Filters out duplicate notes to avoid creating redundant records in Airtable.
  • Provides a centralized database of Evernote notes in Airtable for better organization and collaboration.

How it works

1
Trigger

Connect Evernote account

The automation begins by authenticating the user's Evernote account. This allows the system to access and monitor the user's Evernote notes.

2
Logic

Monitor new Evernote notes

The automation continuously checks for any new notes created in the user's Evernote account. Whenever a new note is detected, the system proceeds to the next step.

3
Action

Extract note contents

For each new Evernote note, the automation uses a web scraper to extract the note's text, attachments, and metadata, such as the title, creation date, and any other relevant information.

4
Action

Transform note data

The extracted note data is then normalized and prepared for storage in the target Airtable base and table. This may involve formatting the data, adding additional fields, or performing any necessary transformations.

5
Action

Store note in Airtable

The transformed note data is finally stored as a new record in the specified Airtable base and table, completing the automation process. This allows the user to access and manage their Evernote notes within the Airtable database.
