Create a Pipeline deal when a new HubSpot deal is added

Manually copying deal data from HubSpot to Pipeline wastes time and risks errors. This automation triggers on the New Deal event in HubSpot and then runs the Create Deal action in Pipeline, mapping the deal name, amount, and associated contact email and name.

Sales operations teams and CRM administrators who use both HubSpot and Pipeline can eliminate duplicate data entry. HubSpot captures the initial deal, and Pipeline receives a matching record immediately, so both systems stay aligned without manual work.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

Trigger

New Deal

Fires when a new deal is added in HubSpot. Captures the deal name, amount, and associated contact details.

Action

Create Deal

Creates a new deal record in Pipeline using data from the HubSpot trigger.

What this template does

  • Every new HubSpot deal automatically triggers a matching deal in Pipeline.
  • Sales teams in both systems see the same deal data without manual entry.

How it works

1
Trigger

New deal added in HubSpot

The automation waits for a new deal to be created in HubSpot. When that happens, it collects the deal name, amount, and the associated contact email and name.

2
Action

Create deal in Pipeline

Using the captured data, the automation creates a new deal in Pipeline. The deal name, amount, and contact info are mapped to the corresponding fields in Pipeline.

Setup guide

1

Connect your HubSpot account

On the HubSpot New Deal trigger node, click Create Authorization and follow the prompts to sign in to your HubSpot account. This lets Latenode watch for new deals.

2

Connect your Pipeline account

On the Pipeline Create Deal action node, click Create Authorization and follow the prompts to sign in to your Pipeline account. This lets Latenode write new deals into Pipeline.

3

Map the deal fields

In the Pipeline Create Deal node, map the deal name, amount, and associated contact from the HubSpot trigger output to the matching Pipeline fields. This tells Latenode exactly what data to copy.

4

Test and activate the workflow

Click Run Once on the Dev version to test with a sample deal. After a successful test, click Deploy, then flip the Active toggle to start syncing new deals automatically.

Create a Pipeline deal from a new Discord channel message

Sales teams often miss leads buried in Discord conversations. This scenario captures every new message in a chosen Discord channel and creates a corresponding deal in Pipeline, using the message text as the deal description and the author's username as part of the deal name. Sales managers and business development reps can log inbound signals from team discussions directly into Pipeline CRM without manual data entry. The connection turns Discord into a lead source, so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Send a Gmail welcome email when ClickFunnels identifies a new contact

Manually sending welcome emails to new leads is slow and risks missed follow-ups. This scenario triggers on the New Contact Identified event in ClickFunnels and immediately sends a Send Email action in Gmail, using the contact's name and email address to personalize the message. Sales and marketing professionals who use ClickFunnels to capture leads can automate their first touchpoint. Gmail sends a custom welcome email with the contact's name in the body, so every new lead gets a timely, personal reply without manual work.

Automate lead generation, sync data to your CRM seamlessly

This automation is designed for digital marketing agencies and sales teams who want to automatically identify and gather contact details for potential business leads across various online platforms and databases. It starts with a form submission that collects key details like industry and location, then uses web scraping tools to extract relevant company information, including name, website, phone, address, and category. The gathered data is then synced to a centralized CRM or lead management system, and personalized cold emails can be sent to the extracted contacts, all from a single workflow. This automation streamlines the lead generation and outreach process, helping users efficiently identify and engage with new sales prospects.
