Add a webhook trigger and paste its URL into Slack Events for saved or starred messages.

Shape the message in JavaScript

Map text, channel, author, and permalink into a subject and body. Put a Slack token in that JavaScript node if you call Slack to load the message.

Connect Gmail

Add a Gmail connection. Send the email to the address that should get saved-message alerts, then save a test message in Slack to confirm.
