JavaScript drops posts you already notified and builds the Pushover title and body.
Pushover pushes the post text and link to the user or device group you map.
Add an X connection for the account whose posts you want to watch.
Add a Pushover connection and paste your Pushover API token there. Map the user key for the phone or desktop that should receive alerts.
Run every few minutes. List user posts, then in JavaScript keep a last-seen post id so later runs skip repeats.
Send the new post text and URL through Pushover. Point the user or group field at the devices that should buzz.
