Streamline Facebook Page Publishing: Post Simultaneously Across Multiple Pages

This template publishes one message to several Facebook Pages at the time you set. A schedule starts the run. JavaScript holds the post text and the Page ids.

An iterator sends each Page into Facebook Pages, which creates the post. Connect Facebook Pages with permission to publish on those Pages, then put the message and Page ids in the JavaScript node.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Publishes one message across several Facebook Pages in the same run
  • Starts at the schedule you set
  • Keeps Page ids and post text in JavaScript
  • Uses Facebook Pages to create each post

How it works

1
Trigger

Run on a schedule

The scenario starts at the date and time you set.

2
Logic

Load the post and Pages

JavaScript holds the post text and the list of Page ids to publish to.

3
Action

Post on each Page

An iterator walks the Page list. Facebook Pages creates the same post on each one.

Setup guide

1

Connect Facebook Pages

Add a Facebook Pages connection with permission to publish on every Page you will target.

2

Set the schedule

Add a schedule for the publish time. Use a one-off time or a repeating cadence.

3

List Pages and compose the post

In JavaScript, set the message text and an array of Page ids. Iterate that array and create a Facebook Pages post for each id. Map the message onto the post body.

Requirements

Facebook Page admin access for each Page you will post to

A schedule for when the posts should go live

Common questions about this template

Each run uses credits on your Latenode plan. We charge for processing time (1 credit = 30 seconds). Your actual cost depends on your plan and how long the run takes. See pricing plans for plans and how credits work.

Automatically like fresh Instagram posts with AI-powered targeting

This template keeps a light Instagram engagement loop. A schedule asks ChatGPT for hashtags. PhantomBuster fetches recent posts for those tags. JavaScript skips URLs already stored in SharePoint, then PhantomBuster likes one remaining post. SharePoint saves that URL so the next run does not repeat it. Connect SharePoint and PhantomBuster. Put the PhantomBuster API key on the PhantomBuster connection.

Automate your sales outreach with Apify, GPT-4o, and WhatsApp

This template starts when you add a prospect URL to Google Sheets. Apify scrapes public contact details. JavaScript cleans name, company, and phone. ChatGPT writes a short outreach script. WhatsApp Business Cloud sends an approved template to that number, then Google Sheets logs the send. Connect Google Sheets, Apify, and WhatsApp Business Cloud. Put the Apify API key on the Apify connection. ChatGPT is a Latenode AI step.

Automatically sync TikTok lead data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet

This template receives TikTok Lead Generation form submits on a Latenode webhook, maps name, email, phone, and custom answers in JavaScript, and appends a row in Google Sheets. If the webhook only includes a lead id, the same JavaScript node loads the full lead from the TikTok Marketing API with your token stored in that node. Connect Google Sheets, then point the TikTok form webhook at the Latenode URL. Add a new worksheet when you want each campaign on its own tab.
