Add a Slack connection. Add a trigger for new channel messages and choose the support channel. The bot needs permission to read that channel.
Add a Zendesk connection with your domain and API token.
Use the Slack text as the ticket description and include the sender in the subject or a custom field. Post a test message and confirm the ticket in Zendesk.
