Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Mailgun
Mailgun + Clio + Google Sheets: When a new email delivery occurs via Mailgun, this automation checks if the recipient is a contact in Clio. If so, it adds a row to a Google Sheet tracking the successful email send, including the contact's name and matter associated with the email.
Mailgun + Clio + Slack: When an email bounces (New Bounce) in Mailgun, the automation searches for the email address in Clio contacts. If a matching contact is found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the legal team about the bounced email and providing the contact's details for follow-up.
