Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Mailgun (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Mailgun

Mailgun + Clio + Google Sheets: When a new email delivery occurs via Mailgun, this automation checks if the recipient is a contact in Clio. If so, it adds a row to a Google Sheet tracking the successful email send, including the contact's name and matter associated with the email.

Mailgun + Clio + Slack: When an email bounces (New Bounce) in Mailgun, the automation searches for the email address in Clio contacts. If a matching contact is found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the legal team about the bounced email and providing the contact's details for follow-up.
