Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Mailjet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Mailjet

Clio + Mailjet + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Clio, their details are added to Mailjet as a contact. Then, the contact's information, along with the status of a welcome email sent via Mailjet, is logged into a Google Sheet.

Mailjet + Clio + Slack: When a new email event occurs in Mailjet (e.g., an email is opened or clicked) for a contact, the automation checks if that contact exists in Clio. If the contact exists in Clio, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel alerting the legal team.
