Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Microsoft Outlook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Clio + Google Calendar + Microsoft Outlook: When a new calendar entry is created in Clio, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. An Outlook invite is then sent to the client associated with the Clio calendar entry.
Microsoft Outlook + Clio + Slack: When a new email arrives in Microsoft Outlook from a contact, the flow checks if that contact is related to a Matter in Clio. If it is, a message is sent to a Slack channel alerting the team.
