Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Delighted, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Pipefy
Delighted + Pipefy + Slack: When new negative feedback is received in Delighted, a card is created in Pipefy to address the issue. A Slack notification is then sent to alert the team about the new card.
Pipefy + Delighted + Gmail: When a card is marked as done in Pipefy, a customer satisfaction survey is sent via Delighted. The survey results will be tracked by searching for specific emails in Gmail.
