Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Dropbox, Trainerize, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and Trainerize integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Trainerize

Trainerize + Dropbox + Google Sheets: When a client uploads a workout video to Trainerize, the video is saved to a specific folder in Dropbox, and a new row is added to a Google Sheet to log the video's details and the client's progress.

Trainerize + Dropbox + Slack: When a client uploads a progress picture to Trainerize, the picture is automatically saved to a designated folder in Dropbox. A motivational message is then sent to a specific Slack channel to celebrate the client's achievement.
