How to connect Figma and NetSuite
Create a New Scenario to Connect Figma and NetSuite
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Figma, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Figma or NetSuite will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Figma or NetSuite, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Figma, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Figma and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Figma and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Figma and NetSuite
Figma + NetSuite + Slack: When a file in Figma is updated, indicating it's finalized, a search is performed in NetSuite to find associated product records. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team.
NetSuite + Figma + Google Drive: When a new product record is created in NetSuite, this triggers the creation of a new folder in Google Drive. The flow then finds the relevant Figma design file and copies it into the newly created Google Drive folder for archiving.
