Depending on your setup, data should flow between Figma and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Figma and Salesforce

Figma + Salesforce + Slack: When a new design mockup is added to Figma (specifically, a new file), the automation retrieves related client details from Salesforce using 'Get Records By Query'. It then posts an update in a designated Slack channel, informing stakeholders about the new design and linking to the relevant Salesforce client information.

Salesforce + Figma + Google Drive: When an opportunity record in Salesforce is updated to a 'Finalized Design' stage, the automation triggers a search in Figma to find the relevant design file. The finalized design is then stored in a designated Google Drive folder using 'Upload File', creating a new file in Google Drive.
