Most powerful ways to connect Google Calendar and VideoAsk

VideoAsk + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new reply is received in VideoAsk, check the Google Calendar for available time slots using the Retrieve Free/Busy Calendar Details action. Then, send a Slack direct message to the respondent with suggested times for a follow-up meeting.

VideoAsk + Google Calendar + Zoom: Upon receiving a new reply in VideoAsk, the automation checks Google Calendar for available slots. It then automatically schedules a Zoom meeting using Create Meeting, based on the respondent's availability and adds the respondent as a meeting registrant if needed.
