Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google slides and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google slides and YouTube

YouTube + Google Slides + Slack: When a new video is uploaded to a specific YouTube channel, the video link is added to a designated Google Slides presentation. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team about the update.

YouTube + Google Docs + Google Slides: When a new video is uploaded to YouTube, its subtitles are retrieved and used to create a new Google Docs document. The document is then summarized and the summary included in a new Google Slides presentation.
