Add a Gravity Forms connection. Add a form-submission trigger and select the form that should create Podio items.
Add a Podio connection with permission to create items in the target app.
In JavaScript, map Gravity Forms field keys onto the Podio item fields. Create the item in that Podio app. Submit a test entry and confirm it appears in Podio.
