Automatically sync new Gravity Form leads to Google Contacts

This automation integrates Gravity Forms, a popular WordPress plugin, with Google Contacts to streamline the process of capturing new lead information.

When a user submits a form through Gravity Forms, the automation will automatically create a new contact in the user's Google Contacts account, populating it with the details provided in the form. This allows businesses to seamlessly sync their lead data between these two systems, reducing manual effort and improving the efficiency of their lead management workflows.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

How it works

1
Trigger

Gravity Forms captures new lead data

When a user submits a new form through the Gravity Forms WordPress plugin, the automation triggers and captures the lead details from the form.

2
Action

Map form data to Google Contacts schema

The automation maps the lead data from the Gravity Forms submission to the corresponding fields in the Google Contacts schema, preparing the information to be added as a new contact.

3
Action

Create new contact in Google Contacts

The automation then creates a new contact in the user's Google Contacts account, populating it with the lead information from the Gravity Forms submission.

Setup guide

1

Add Gravity Forms credential

Add your Gravity Forms API credentials to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the automation to securely connect to your Gravity Forms account and access form submission data.

2

Add Google Contacts credential

Add your Google Contacts API credentials to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the automation to securely connect to your Google Contacts account and create new contacts.

3

Configure Gravity Forms trigger

In the Latenode builder, add a Gravity Forms trigger node. Configure it to listen for new form submissions on the specific form you want to sync to Google Contacts.

4

Map form fields to Google Contacts

In the Gravity Forms node settings, map the relevant fields from your Gravity Forms form (e.g. name, email, phone) to the corresponding fields in the Google Contacts node. This will ensure that the new contact is populated with the correct data from the form submission.

5

Configure Google Contacts node

Add a Google Contacts node to the workflow. Configure it to create a new contact using the data passed from the Gravity Forms node. Adjust any additional settings as needed, such as the contact list or group to which the new contact should be added.
