Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Pipedrive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Pipedrive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Pipedrive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Pipedrive
Jibble + Pipedrive + Slack: When a user clocks in or out using Jibble, this automation updates the corresponding deal in Pipedrive, and then sends a Slack message to a designated channel to notify the sales team of the update.
Pipedrive + Google Calendar + Jibble: When a deal reaches a specified stage in Pipedrive, an event is automatically created in Google Calendar. Subsequently, an activity is created in Jibble to track the time spent on that deal-related event.
