Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Tools (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Tools

NetSuite + Tools + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, the automation checks if specific Tools training/setup is required. If so, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.

NetSuite + Tools + Jira: When customer account details are updated in NetSuite, the flow checks for tool-related issues. If identified, a Jira ticket is automatically created to track the issue resolution.
