Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Typeform

Typeform + NetSuite + Slack: When a new submission is received in Typeform, specifically indicating customer dissatisfaction based on the survey responses, a support case is automatically created in NetSuite. A notification is then sent to a designated manager in Slack to address the issue promptly.

Typeform + NetSuite + Google Sheets: Upon submission of a Typeform, the collected customer feedback is used to update the corresponding customer's record in NetSuite.
