Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RD Station, Typeform, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RD Station and Typeform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RD Station and Typeform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RD Station and Typeform

Typeform + RD Station + Slack: When a new submission is received in Typeform, a new lead is created or updated in RD Station. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new lead.

RD Station + Typeform + Google Sheets: When a new lead conversion occurs in RD Station, Typeform is used (presumably via a webhook or URL redirect within RD Station - Latenode can't automate the call to Typeform but assumes it happens) to collect more data and that form submission data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
