Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipedrive, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipedrive and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipedrive and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipedrive and TickTick
Pipedrive + TickTick + Slack: When a deal reaches the 'won' stage in Pipedrive, a task is created in TickTick to ensure proper follow-up. The sales team is then notified in a dedicated Slack channel to celebrate the success and coordinate next steps.
TickTick + Google Calendar + Pipedrive: When a new task is created in TickTick with a due date, an event is automatically created in Google Calendar to schedule the task. The corresponding Pipedrive deal is then updated with a note to reflect the scheduled activity.
