After the upsert, JavaScript adds the contact to a LeadConnector campaign. Connect ManyChat and HighLevel. Put the HighLevel key on the HighLevel connection, and put the LeadConnector API key in the JavaScript node that enrolls the campaign.

Add a ManyChat connection. Watch the custom field that stores email (or name) when the chat captures a lead.
Add a HighLevel connection for the LeadConnector location that should receive contacts. Put the HighLevel key on that connection.
In JavaScript, map name, email, and phone from ManyChat. Upsert the HighLevel contact and match on email.
After the upsert, add a JavaScript node. Store the LeadConnector API key in that node and send the contact into the campaign ID you choose. Send a test lead from ManyChat and confirm the contact plus campaign in HighLevel.
