Add an Unbounce connection with access to the page and form you care about.
Add a NeverBounce connection and paste your NeverBounce API key there.
Add an Unbounce trigger for new form submissions. Choose the page, and the form if asked.
Map the email field from the Unbounce submit into NeverBounce verify email. In JavaScript, continue only when the result is valid. Submit a test form and check the NeverBounce result.
