Automate QR code creation with Beaconstac form submissions

This automation template allows Beaconstac users to generate dynamic QR codes whenever a new response is submitted to a connected form. When a new form is filled out, the automation triggers the creation of a unique QR code in Beaconstac.

This QR code can then be used for various marketing and data collection purposes, such as creating rows in a Google Sheet, adding events to a Google Calendar, or sending notifications to communication channels like Slack or Discord. The template streamlines the process of generating personalized, trackable QR codes, helping businesses optimize their data collection and marketing efforts.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
