This template starts when your form posts a submission to a Latenode webhook.

JavaScript calls the Beaconstac API to create a QR code, Google Sheets stores the submission id and QR link, and Slack posts a short confirmation. Connect Google Sheets and Slack. Put the Beaconstac API key in the JavaScript node.

Create the Latenode webhook

Add a webhook trigger and paste the URL into the form's webhook or notification settings.

Store the Beaconstac API key

Add a JavaScript node and put your Beaconstac API key there. Map the submission URL into the Beaconstac create call.

Connect Google Sheets and Slack

Add Google Sheets and Slack connections. Append a row with submission id and QR link, then post that link to your ops channel. Submit a test form and confirm both the sheet and Slack.
