This template keeps Acuity from taking appointments over a Kajabi sale window. Point Kajabi’s purchase webhook at a Latenode webhook.
JavaScript reads product, customer, and the time window you want blocked, from the payload or a duration you set. Acuity then adds blocked-off time on the calendar. Put the Acuity credential on the Acuity connection. Put any Kajabi webhook secret on the webhook or JavaScript node.

Add a webhook trigger and copy its URL. In Kajabi, send purchase or payment webhooks to that URL.
Add an Acuity Scheduling connection with permission to create blocked-off time.
Add JavaScript. Map Kajabi fields to calendar start and end. If Kajabi does not send a session time, set a duration you choose, for example one hour from purchase.
