Setup guide

Add Eventbrite Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add your Eventbrite API credential. This will allow the automation to securely access your Eventbrite account.

Add QuickBooks Online Credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add your QuickBooks Online API credential. This will allow the automation to securely create sales receipts in your QuickBooks Online account.

Configure Eventbrite Trigger Node

In the Latenode visual builder, add an Eventbrite trigger node. Configure it to listen for new attendee registrations for the specific event you want to sync with QuickBooks Online.

Map Eventbrite Data to QuickBooks

In the QuickBooks Online node settings, map the relevant data fields from the Eventbrite trigger (e.g. attendee name, event name, payment amount) to the corresponding fields in QuickBooks Online to create the sales receipt.

Review and Activate Automation

Review your automation flow in the Latenode builder, make any final adjustments, and then activate the automation. New attendee registrations in Eventbrite will now automatically create sales receipts in your QuickBooks Online account.

Requirements

Create an Eventbrite account and API key to access the Eventbrite API
Create a QuickBooks Online account and obtain the necessary API credentials (client ID, client secret, access token, refresh token) to connect to the QuickBooks Online API
Grant the necessary permissions in QuickBooks Online to allow the automation to create sales receipts
Set up the Latenode workspace with the Eventbrite and QuickBooks Online integration nodes, and configure the necessary credentials and variables
