Sync Zoho Bookings appointments to Google Meet video calls

This template starts when Zoho Bookings posts a new appointment to a Latenode webhook, loads appointment details if the payload is incomplete, and schedules a Google Meet with the customer as an attendee. Connect Zoho Bookings and Google Meet. Point Zoho Bookings at the webhook URL. JavaScript maps start time, service name, and attendee email onto the Meet step.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Creates a Google Meet when a Zoho Bookings appointment is booked
  • Takes Zoho Bookings events on a webhook
  • Loads extra appointment fields from Zoho Bookings when needed
  • Invites the customer on the Google Meet step

How it works

1
Trigger

Receive the Zoho booking

A webhook starts the run when Zoho Bookings POSTs a new appointment.

2
Action

Load appointment details

Get appointment details from Zoho Bookings when the webhook payload is missing start time or attendee email.

3
Logic

Map time and attendees

JavaScript reads service name, start time, and customer email for the Meet step.

4
Action

Schedule Google Meet

Google Meet creates the meeting and returns a join URL. Invite the customer on that step.

Setup guide

1

Create the Latenode webhook

Add a webhook trigger and copy the URL into Zoho Bookings so new appointments POST here.

2

Connect Zoho Bookings

Add a Zoho Bookings connection. Use Get Appointment Details when the webhook JSON does not include start time or customer email.

3

Connect Google Meet

Add a Google Meet connection for the Google account that should create Meet links.

4

Schedule the meeting

Map service name, start time, and customer email in JavaScript, then schedule Google Meet with that attendee. Book a test appointment and confirm the Meet invite arrives.
