Automatically generate short URLs for new Zoom meetings

This automation allows Zoom users to automatically generate a unique short URL in the T2M URL Shortener service whenever a new meeting is scheduled in Zoom.

This streamlines the process of sharing meeting information by providing a concise, customized link. The integration between Zoom and the T2M URL Shortener service simplifies the creation and distribution of meeting details, making it easier for users to share meeting information with attendees.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

Setup guide

1

Add Zoom credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add your Zoom credential by connecting your Zoom account using OAuth. This will allow Latenode to access your Zoom meetings and create the short URLs.

2

Add T2M URL Shortener credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add your T2M URL Shortener credential by providing your T2M API key. This will enable Latenode to generate short URLs through the T2M service.

3

Configure Zoom Meeting Trigger node

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Zoom Meeting Trigger node. This node will listen for new meetings created in your Zoom account and trigger the automation.

4

Configure T2M URL Shortener Action node

In the Latenode visual builder, add a T2M URL Shortener Action node. Connect this node to the Zoom Meeting Trigger node and map the relevant meeting details (e.g., meeting title, start time) to the node's input fields. This will generate a short URL for each new Zoom meeting.

5

Review and deploy your automation

Review your Latenode workflow to ensure all nodes are configured correctly. Once satisfied, deploy your automation to start automatically generating short URLs for new Zoom meetings.

Sync Cognito Forms leads to ActiveCampaign with smart tagging

This automation integration allows users to automatically create or update contacts in ActiveCampaign based on new form submissions in Cognito Forms. When a new entry is submitted in Cognito Forms, the integration will search for an existing contact with a matching email address in ActiveCampaign. If a match is found, the contact will be updated with a specific tag for management purposes. If no match is found, a new contact will be created in ActiveCampaign with the same tag applied. This streamlines the process of managing leads and customer data across these two platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors.

Automatically translate new Discord messages using Google Cloud Translate

This automation integrates Discord and Google Translate to monitor specific Discord channels for new messages. When a new message is detected, the automation will automatically translate the text into a target language using Google Translate and then post the translated message back to Discord or another destination. This allows users to stay connected with their communities across language barriers, facilitating global collaboration and discussion within the Discord platform.
