Setup guide

Add Email by Zapier credential

Add your Email by Zapier credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the integration to securely access your email account and monitor for new inbound messages.

Configure WhatsApp Notifications credential

Add your WhatsApp Business Cloud API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will enable the integration to send WhatsApp messages on your behalf.

Set up 'New Inbound Email' trigger

In the Latenode visual builder, add a 'New Inbound Email' trigger node. This node will listen for new emails received in your Email by Zapier account and pass the email details to the next step.

Configure WhatsApp Notifications action

Add a 'Send WhatsApp Message' action node to the workflow. In the node settings, map the relevant email details (e.g. subject, sender, body) to the WhatsApp message content and recipient.

Test and publish the automation
