1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new Freshdesk credential. Enter your Freshdesk API key.

Configure Freshdesk trigger

1. Add a Freshdesk trigger node to your workflow. 2. In the node settings, select the Freshdesk credential you added earlier. 3. Choose the 'New Ticket' event to trigger the workflow.

Add WhatsApp Business Cloud credential

1. In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a new WhatsApp Business Cloud credential. Enter your WhatsApp API key.

Configure WhatsApp message

1. Add a WhatsApp Business Cloud node to your workflow. 2. In the node settings, select the WhatsApp credential you added earlier. 3. Configure the message content, recipient phone number, and any other required settings.

Map Freshdesk ticket data

1. In the WhatsApp Business Cloud node settings, use the field mapping feature to map relevant Freshdesk ticket data (e.g. ticket number, customer name, issue description) into the WhatsApp message template.
