Automatically send SurveyMonkey surveys to new Eventbrite attendees

This automation allows event organizers using Eventbrite to automatically trigger and send a specific survey to new attendees through SurveyMonkey.

When a new attendee registers for an event on Eventbrite, the automation will detect this trigger and seamlessly initiate the survey process in SurveyMonkey. This integration streamlines the feedback collection process, ensuring organizers can gather valuable insights from attendees right after the registration event. By automating this workflow, event organizers can save time and improve the overall attendee experience.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

The automation will extract key information about the new attendee and the event from the Eventbrite webhook payload, such as the attendee's contact details and the event name.

3
Action

Create and send survey

The automation will then create a new survey in SurveyMonkey and send it to the new Eventbrite attendee, allowing the event organizer to gather valuable feedback and insights.
