JavaScript normalizes name, email, phone, property, and buyer or seller flags for Airtable and Fello.
Airtable creates or updates the staging row. Match on email or lead id.
An HTTP request sends the mapped JSON to Fello Connect. Put the Fello API key on that HTTP node.
Add a Mailhook trigger and copy the address. Point Chime, your parser, or a lead-email forward at that address.
Add an Airtable connection. Create a leads table with contact and property columns. Create or update each row, matching on email or lead id.
Add a JavaScript step. Parse the Mailhook body and return the Airtable fields plus the Fello JSON.
